Default Got skooled by a BMW 335i

He tried to whip around me to get on the highway first, and he succeeded. I know he went wot before me, and I was not in my rev range, but still... My plan to be a dick to a tailgater was blown out of the water.

Sometimes I hate it when I am stock. It doesn't happen often, but this was one of those times.

The somewhat new 335i makes pretty good power. Those things have a 3L with twin snails making 300hp and 300tq. If he was in his powerband I could see him easily holding you off. Time to start modding, LOL.

Yarp those new 335's are pretty quick. Almost as quick as the 02-04 M3's.

the new 335s are fast as us easily, add a chip and up the boost and they'll hang around with a lot more than mustangs!

I believe the 335i's 1/4 mile time is like 2 tenths faster than the 02-04 M3's. They're quick as hell.

You should definitely at least get an intake and a good tune, OP. 335s are very respectable cars.

With an Intake/Tune you can make stick to a stock 335, probably beat it too. STOCK is key.

Once they start to mod however, you better have deep pockets

Soon as youtube is working again ill show you my video

Turbo cars respond so well to simple bolt ons and a tune. My Cobalt stock puts down on average 240-245whp/250-255wtq. With a simple intake and tune it puts down 300-310whp and 320-33wtq.

That's so sad.....

On the other hand, that'd make a nice DD for the old lady....too bad it's an import.
