the intake and boost controller is killing him, imo.. the BOV, if the mopar noise maker is probaly leaking- because it's not even really a BOV lol. If he had a AGP wastegate and map clamp/tuned, that car would be alot quicker (ptb sucks though, because it'll spike the boost way too high on WOT) , not sure how rich the stage 1s run but a map clamp was popular to lean it out a little and gain some more HP. He should also check for boost leaks, especially around the intercooler pipes and the little nipple where the hose connects to the left hard pipe I think it was. I had multiple boost leaks on my stage 2 after a good inspection, and even with that kit off, it pulled ALOT harder then before without the kit.

Not making excuses for the skittle, but they are infamous for boost leaks.

Proprerly tuned he should have put up a better fight lol.

Good kill none the less!

Yep its his DD 15K miles on the clock lol. And nope no track times, he thinks he'll tear it up, he heard about the imfamous "ripples in the rear quarters". So no track times YET...but hes wantin more power so its inevitable...i think.

Sorry for the double post

Not too surprised that you pulled out the win, don't know how much whp a typical stage 1 skittle makes but I know they don't really start moving until stage 2 upgrades.

What? So LS1's are underrated from the factory? No way.

I know the ls1 f-bodys are under-rated. Like many GM vehicles. I though he meant it as factory specs, that's more than the vett..
