Honestly from what I've seen at the track they haven't even run better than a 14.0 stock. I even saw a guy go out there right after he bought the car, totally stock, went to burn out and dropped the rear end. That's Chevy for ya! lol. JK
na...I had no traction. I was just running my run flats at the time. 1st gear is useless and 2nd isnt much better. With my stickies it would have been a different story.
Ugh...Run Flats. If it's anything below 60 degrees outside, I could stab 3rd and get my Vette sideways. I was so happy when they were finally bald.
Pick up a set of regular tires, and you won't believe how much nicer your Vette is to drive.

I have a friend that works at a vette only dealership and they take the run flats off as soon as they get the cars so they have them stock piled. I get them for about $200 a set so I really cant justify buying a set of regular tires. They usually only have about 2000-3000 miles on them when I buy them. I really dont race much on the street anyway and if I have a race set up I just toss the stickies on.
