Stang435 vs Silverstang vs Mamba (kind of) :(

Well we finally got to meet up and racing conditions where great except for some mild traffic. I had one run with Stang435, it was a roll at 45ish to about 115. My first gear goes to about 65 so my car shifted to first and then I was in a dead spot or something. Anyways he got the jump and started pulling away. I was realing him in and then we had to shut it down. I prolly would have passed him about 140 maybe.......I dunno. We need to get a dig run in next time. My 2.73s are hurting me I think. Anyways that was my first and only run of the night because my car desided to apply active handling constantly!! It was kind of scary because it would randomly apply my brakes...mostly on the passanger front side.

Hopefully Silverstang got some vids. They had more runs after I had my problems. Now off to the GM Dealership

Maybe....are you running stock tires? If so, you prob just spin real bad with the power your making.

Good runs regardless, sounds like your car was acting up so can't really call if an even race. Get the bugs kinked out and try again.

How did the other races go?

I'm running Bridestone RE 11s same width but alot better tire. 140 treadlife so I will probably be able to hook alot better than my Crapinentals I had on before.

I couldn't even drive the thing with it acting up like that. When it stated to kick in I couldn't get above 5mph.

Anyways silver is putting up vids tomorrow......so I am told. Can't wait to see em.

All I know is Stang435 has a very stout stang. It's very quick!! Next time we will have to race to 200 and see who wins lol jk.
