All over the course of a couple of months I would run into this beautiful white 427r. I'm assuming he's a local guy cuz we always run into each other on the same road. Well from a dig itd be close through first then once I would hit second I'd pull pretty hard. We never really chatted until this latest race. I rolled up next to him and he looks over and shakes his head like ahhh this guy again!! haha Well I let him downshift and hit it before I went WOT in 2nd and put a good 4 cars. He flashed his lights and I knew he wasn't going to let this one go without saying something. He pulls up next to me at a stop and says okay I have to know what the hell you have in there that keeps pulling on me so hard...it pisses me off everytime!! I chuckled and told him what I had and complimented his ride and he did the same. Cool guy with a sweet looking ride. If ur on here I wanna check out your Roush sometime.

Not surprising, your car probably has close to 100hp more then one of those things. Good runs.

Thanks...he did say he was putting out 445 hp and I told him 490ish...I don't think he knew that I was talking whp. He said so your only putting down 50 more hp than I am and pull that hard. There was cars behind us so I didn't have time to explain...i'm sure we'll run into each other again...I won't pick on him anymore tho

He's prolly pushing around 5lbs on a Roushcharger thru a CAI, maybe some mufflers; I'm thinking....? Stock numbers are something like +-430 bhp for those things I think.

Sounds like a cool guy, just needs to throw a pulley on there and maybe a full exhaust. He still wouldn't be anywhere near 490 rwhp, but it would still make it more fun!

Those roush chargers have some potential in them, there are a couple guys on the modded mustangs site running them and makng in the 500s, but they are doing what stone said. Upgrading pulley and some other upgrades as well.

He must of been talking about crank hp because you wouldn't have walked him that hard. I still think you are probably making close to 100rwhp more than the Roush.

yea i pm'd silverstang (roushnightmare) a few weeks ago to have another meet up but I don't think he's been around. This particular 427 i'm figuring just a CAI is where he was getting his 445 number. There is alot of fast cars out there and I actually cant wait to lose again haha gotta go Z06 hunting lol
