You have the trap speed for low 13's if you really hook up, but your launch is terrible.
The only thing you are likely to break if you launch that high is the stock clutch, which wont last much longer anyways. It will probably start to slip after a few good hard launches so be ready for that.

How much boost are you pushing? You should be able to leave the hole around 4k or so with those MT's with no problem. Your stock suspension should cooperate well enough to at least be dropping you down into the low 13's - I mean its not like you a stiffened ride and lowering springs all around, so it should hook up better than what your slip is showing.

I would say practice your launching and your times will get much better - and save your spare cash for a new clutch. Launching a supercharged motor on a stock clutch will wear it out pretty quickly. Dont start throwing random suspension parts at it till you learn how to launch it pretty well as is - They may help a little but you have to really learn to drive the car before you'll benefit from them.

How high are you revving the motor before shifts? You are trapping pretty low, maybe you are short shifting and not allowing that centri to really make some boost and power?

i take it all the way to red line before shifting. and like i previously stated, im not spinning at all on take off, after i launch my car bogs all the way down to like 2k, maybe its just doing this cause of the stock gears? im not used to that cause on street tires im just spinning so my rpms dont drop like that

You should feel some tire slippage with your powerlevel regardless of what tires you are running. What that means is your tires are grabbing when you drop the clutch and bogging everything down, or you have a tuning issue. My advice is to rev it as high as you can get it with the least tire slippage (but there should be a little) and you will likely resolve the problem.

r/t = .108
60' = 2.263
330 = 6.130
1/8 = 9.210 @ 79.47mph
1000= 11.850
1/4 = 14.042
mph = 103.47
you said you hooked up good.....but you didn't .... no other way to say it....a 2.2 60 foot with M/T DR is not good......should at least be at 1.9 or lower.....That alone will shave off up to a second if you get a 1.7......just gotta practice.....it will come in timee

I agree with Bkat. That 60 is no good for your set-up.

Bogging isn't hooking, its just bogging. I still say get those RPMs up to 4500-5k RPM on the launch and do work.

Am i the only one who thinks his mph is really low regardless of his 60' time. What kinda horsepower did the car put down? if you have had it on a dyno?
