So I am on my way to work the other day and as I pass by the gas station on my left I see a black BMW with blacked out wheels pulling out onto the street. I get on the on ramp that is on the opposite side of the road and I see in my rear view that the BMW gets on as well. There is a car between us and I can see him just tailgating the guy behind me. I am just leisurely driving and when the car behind me gets on the highway I see the BMW swing out to the far left lane and just hammer it. I am going around 60mph at this point, just drop it in to 4th and give chase. I end up catching up to the guy, who had to have taken it up to around 100mph or so.

As I pull up behind him I see his license plate which reads "BMYDUST" so I get next to him and I see him and his passenger look over at me and smile. He then hits it and I was genuinely surprised at how quickly it moved out. He slows down a little and I just throw a quick rev so he can hear the BOV and then hit it for a quick spurt to let him know he picked the wrong mustang. We end up slowing down to around 50mph or so and I asked him what was under the hood and he told me it was a twin turbo inline 6. I told him it was pretty quick and he said "Yeah, but I think yours is a little quicker." I then dropped to 3rd and let him get the hit. He jumped out about 1/2 a car and then I stopped his pull. By the top of 3rd I had put a car on him and then just shut down. Was a pretty impressive little car for what it was. I obviously outmatched him, but it was just nice to have an impromptu race.

I don't know for sure one way or another but I wouldn't be surprised if it was stock. 50mph is kind of a dead spot for me. Was from the bottom of 3rd to the top of 3rd I let him get the hit and still pulled a car on him. Stock they trap 106mph. Had we gone from 40-125mph or so... I probably would have put 6 cars on him or so. I was impressed simply because I almost expected it to be a low 14 sec car instead of a low 13 sec car. Its kind of like if you are messing around with a Neon that you didn't realize was an SRT-4. Its still not super fast, but significantly faster than what you were anticipating.
