He had a NE Gt stang a few years back (I think an auto) and sold that got a cobolt ss/sc then sold that and now has the srt-4 and hell I bought the x-pipe from him that's on my gf's slow stock mustang....
And for somebody that has to BE at the track at 6:30 in the morning you sure are up and on the forum mighty damn late....

Ok I thought I remember you telling me it was an auto that was pretty much full bolt on's but I was wrong lol, and you are completely right!! It is slower than a turbo focus that power to weight gets you every time!!

Well seeing as how I sold my 98 about 10 years ago and my 03 about 5 years ago and have moved several times, not sure I have the time slips laying around. Like I said, this isnt some passion for me, I just think its fun. I am not going to treasure some lame time slip anyways haha. What was done to it? Alot LOL. Off the top of my head I had intake, exhaust, J&E Pistons, Manley Rods, 50lb injectors, 3:73 gears, stage 2 ported heads, plenum (trick flow), 75mm TB, MSD ignition kit, fuel system was changed, Vortech SC at 6-8psi etc...I would launch around 3k RPM. Best run was a 12.7@111mph. I believe my 60 was around 1.7 or so, dont remember. About the same time as an 03/04 Cobra I believe. But I only ran it a few times, maybe could have gotten better times with practice but I am not a quarter mile junkie. I get cars to have fun driving around with, not to go run quarter miles and drag race in. The Mustang's were a phase when I was younger.

I'm still waiting for my new thread to shut us all up... Wait, I think you will run your car and will be clocked at 14.5+ and then say o ****, maybe my car is just one of those cars that feels fast but isn't faster than most higher power sedans on the road... So he come back to us saying it blew up on the track or the video didn't work right.

"Yea, funny how a mid 5 second 0-60 sounds slow these days Some guys on a Mustang forum were giving me sh*t about it being slow. Saying running 13s was a joke and to come back when its running 11s in the quarter I asked them why they had gotten so cocky when its only been the last 5 years they have had a Mustang even capable of running 13s Previous 2 gen Mustangs were crap IMO. I had a 98 GT that wouldnt even see 13s running down a big hill and an 03 GT that could hit 14.1 with a flawless launch and a stiff wind behind it."
