one more try
New plugs and wires and realized that this car most likely had the original plugs which probably contributed to me ripping off that whopping 15.53 last time. I think I'll head up to St Thomas tomorrow and see if there is an improvment. Should be able to get in 25 runs. Either that or No ET at Milan.

thanks for the good wishes and advice. Never made it due to rain.
My car is a 94 gt has flowmasters and some sort of CAI which I think is just one of these piece together things from Auto Zone. This is how I bought the car. I never would have put Flowmasters on one of my cars. That 2000 rpm drone is alive and well. I bought it in January for $3.5K and has about 120,000 miles on it or 185,000 km if anybody feels like converting. It feels like a bit more punch with new wires and plugs, but otherwise getting all 215 hp lol. I've been really disappointed because my last Stang was an 06 gt but the payment was just killing me. I paid cash for this car and plan on playing around with it because if it blows up? How much am I out.
As far as elevation of St Thomas Dragway? I have no idea, but it is about 10 miles north of Lake Erie actually almost right across the lake from Cleveland. If you live somewhere near Detroit Buffalo, it's worth going to to make some laps. I have once been there and made 28 laps. Can't really do that at Milan huh?
Would a fuel filter really make that much difference?

Depends, if they are restricting enough fuel flow, you will feel a difference. These cars will need a new one every 15K miles or so. I am will be tossing a new one on mine this week after I run some fuel system cleaner through this tank of gas.
I picked my '94 up 5 years ago with 123K on it, and there are a few of things to do to make sure they are running well.. A fresh cap and rotor will do you some good if yours is showing wear. The fuel filter as mentioned. It is also a good idea to clean the MAF senor filaments, and the throttle body. You also may want to check that the blade in the throttle body open all the way with the pedal on the floor... Things like trans fluid and gear oil needs to be checked, if not changed too. You could advance the timing a few degrees if you don't mind running high octane gas. The list goes on haha.
