Kenne Bell must be full of crap. They keep the limiter at stock in their tunes and state in their documentation that over-reving it will blow it up quicker than almost anything else. Would be nice if I could modify that parameter in the tune but oh well. That is one of those things that they flat out refuse to change even on request.

Good luck with the power shifting bro I'm afraid to even try it. Read enough stories online about 3650's with trashed synchros because of it.

Its not that bad on the car. I wouldn't run around doing it every day or anything, but its fine for 3-6 track passes a month.

I made over 50 some passes in my old S197 power shifting. That's a 5k launch on street tires and 4.10s in this vid btw.....

My tire came today. Tomorrow I will put the bullitts on the car. I will try some burnouts and some aggressive shifting. Maybe if I get ambitious I'll try some powershifting.

Will the stock clutch be able to handle a 4000 rpm launch and slipping the clutch? I've always heard slipping at high rpm is worse for the clutch than dumping it....

All I've got is the stocker so I have to make sure it can take it :-)

Also, any recommendations as far as psi for street use? How about for track use?

Thanks

If you do end up slipping - slip it fast. You really shouldn't need to feather it much. If you do time for a better tire lol
