Sat I went to US131 at Martin Mi to do some comparitive runs on gears and tunes w/ my `11 V6 PP with 18 in. wheels and stock tires.

All launches were from idle with no runup against the converter and trans in drive. TC off and 1/2 tank 93 octane fuel. Car weighed 3847 on the scale with me aboard. Da`s were in the mid 6`s to low 7`s and had little effect so I won`t get into that. Circled water box and spun tires just to get them clean but only a second or so. I had no wheelspin at on any launch. I ran this stock under similiar da`s last fall.

Last fall with no tune and 2.73`s it ran 14.8441 @ 94.63 on a 2.3061 60.

Sat w/ tune to correct speedo only w/3.55`s. 14.4839 @ 95.66 on a 2.2253 60.
.3602 sec quicker and 1.03 MPH faster trap.

Sat w/ 87P bama tune. 14.1045 @ 98.4 on a 2.2554 60.
.3794 sec quicker and 2.74 mph faster trap.

Sat w/93 race Bama tune. 13.9392 @ 99.7 on a 2.2207 60.
.1653 quicker and 1.3 MPH faster trap. I had another run on this tune that was almost exactly the same.

Draw what info you want from this, I only post it as a source of info for others that actually comes from the track. Obviously I would probably need 10 or so runs on each to validate the data but this is all I`ve got today.

I will post the slips if you all think it`s worth it.

Nice, holy crap ur car weights more than mine? Mine came up at 3670 with me in it 3510 without. Btw idk about ur track but here in Fontana a 14.1 is damn good for a 6cyl

Track is at 658 ft altitude so not too bad for good air.

Good runs in the vert! My '11 V6 M6 weighed 3,400 pounds (without out me) with a 1/4 tank of gas.
