Default Bullitt vs Titan II

Haha, so in efforts to drian my fuel tank of 87 in order to load my 91 tune, i ran out of gas 50 feet from the damn gas station, foreshadowing for what to come? Maybe, Two words, spin city. I knew that would be an issue coming in but damn, not even worth a damn from a dig. We tried 3 times and no matter how much I feathered it, my tires would not hook a damn, but after racing him about 2 months ago and then 18+ runs at the track has pretty much killed these worn out dead tires. I'm waiting on uncle Sam for my return and then I'm going to buy some tires. I'm thinking about 295/35/18 big kdw 2's as my next tire. From a roll I don't think we really got an even hit, one time it was pretty close and another not so much. His truck is still hella quick. The videos we took were not really worth uploading, my angle on the go pro camera didn't really work and since I had the windows up with tint; they really didn't come out, his weren't much better. Oh well, we had some fun and that's all that counts. We are planning to meet up sometime during the day for better vids. Oh well. On a positve note my car felt stronger with that 91 tune, I may leave it on that one for a while.

Sounds like you need some radials man. I know it was a night and day difference on my car.

PS you link is broken but I did a magic trick, is this it ?

Yuuup, thanks for the help, stupid iPad lol. The kdws I'm getting for $240 a tire, would Mickey thopmsons be able to handle DD for that price? I'm on a budget ugh. I kinda don't want a radial cuz wouldn't they wear a lot faster?

A drag radial will wear faster. Another thing to keep in mind are the Nitto 555's. I hasve the 555R's on the rear of mine and the 555's up front. I havent run those out back before but I will say I like the tire a lot, Lots of tread too if the car is your DD. Plus they look like they'd handle pretty well in the rain. I know my 555R's + water = spin.

^my 555r's are awesome in the rain. I never noticed a difference in normal driving between street tires and my 555r's in the rain. but that being said crash, with normal driving you could get 12-14k out of the 555r's. m/t and bfg dr's are gonna be worse in terms of wear. It sucks that you have 18's cause those tires are so friggin expensive lol
