-went from 3.90 gears to 3.73
-high flow cats
-went from 295/40/18 falken azenis rt615 rear tires to 285/40/18 nitto nt555 rear tires

Old run was with about 22psi in my falken tires. New run was with the car exactly as it sits on the street with 33psi in my tires.

I want to point out that on my previous best that 1/4 MPH was wayyy higher than it had been all day and I think it was an error. All day I was in the mid 107s and my 1/8 mph was 83-84. As you can see with my new PB, my 1/8 mph was a lot higher (I was over 86mph all day) and I think that run i got a headwind at the end of the track bc my mph was about 2mph slower than i had been all day. Still happy to be in the 12s though

congrats on breaking 12's, I went to the track today didn't run better times due to track prep I think, but I did trap 109 all day
