Thanks guys! And I figured that was the hurtin the wibd would do...
As far as the trans ill know today or tomorrow but as my earlier poat said my distributer is broke in the motor and as of now I can't get it out.... If what I think broke I might be pulling the motor and tearing it apart

If that gear popped out make sure it isn't floating around in your oil pan, you don't want to mess anything else up, also in my 5.0 anyways (I think it's the same as the foxes) the dizy also turns your oil pump

Lmao I feel ya on that man!! With those heads and what not that thing should pull pretty decent on the big end with the 2.73's

5.0's are acutally pretty easy to get out of the car, and they are pretty simple engines to screw around with
Think of it as an opportunity to freshen up all your gaskets and fix any little issues you might have

Lol yea but if it came down to that cam bored .030 with fresh forged pistons lol but I think I'll be good big guy!
Oh I know they are easy I've had the motor out once and the tranny more than I care to think about haha but I did all new gaskets timing chain and oil pump when I did my head swap. The only "issue" I have since all that is either my t-stat or timing cover gasket leaking a little bit of water... Other than my dizzy.
