I plan on heading up that way for a decent track sometime later this year. I am also worried about tech after I get my nitrous set up. I think the roll cage rules are ridiculous. But from what stone is saying maybe we should have a MF meet at Fayetteville sometime? They are both about the distance from me (time wise) I'm in Savannah and all the tracks here suck and are only 1/8th mile.

Nice looking car!! Looking forward to see what it can do in the 1/4 mile!!

Nice video too, but I think it would have been much better without the music where you could hear the car better.

That wouldn't be a bad idea at all! There are a bunch of Carolina guys on here that would probably come out for it. Might be a lot of fun!

I have a couple more videos at the house without music. I will post them up this evening when I get home.

I'm definitely down for it. Its only about 4 miles off I-95 where 87 crosses it in Fayetteville. As long as its not a special event like freaky friday or something, its never over crowded, no more than a 5 minute wait to run. As for track rules or tech, its non existent. I said in another thread that they have two rules. Roll up your window and put down your beer before you run, lol. Track prep has been perfect all year so far. Should only get better since so much rubber has been laid down this winter.

Here ya go...

This pass was against a Procharged Fox Body, and I had a horrible launch and 60ft.

Ok, I can't find the link to your video. I can only imagine a 500 racing. I raced one once in my 06 gt, treed the guy and I remember thinking bout the 300 mark, "jeez, I thought those were faster than that". I was right, he beat me by about 5 lengths...lol.
