That was scary stuff!

So does you car have any suspension mods, or do you just bolt up the slicks for the best ETs?

It was a ride for sure!

All stock suspension as of now. I only slapped the slicks on when my dad threw in the towel for the day. My NEXT mod HAS to be lca's. This wheelhop is killing me.

That said, I know you're on your hustle, so.... whatcha got? Ive been looking at AM's lca, since my dad and many others are running theirs and are very happy, especially for $100.

You need to tighten up that front end too, 97. Get that weight transfer under control SON!

Stone.... I hear ya my friend! Gotta start somewhere though. Just saw on another site that UPR has their uca/lca package for $179.... Might try and sell myself for science, or sex, so I can scoop that up!

Well, our Pro Street LCAs are only $117 with the MF.com discount, and they are the best non-adjustable LCAs on the market. They are tubular chrome-moly so they're strong and light, and they use fluted Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings with a 1" sleeve so they are extremely durable. They are Made in America and they carry a Lifetime Guarantee.

But don't let their streetability fool you. We're using them on our 9-second 2010 GT which has been 1.35 to the 60-foot!

Another part that would help with stability is a pair of adjustable shocks. These S197s like to seesaw a lot, and adjustable shocks give you ability to tune that out of the suspension. I suspect that they would have kept you in your lane on the video you posted. I think your car got loose from loading, unloading, then reloading the suspension...

We're also using these on our 2010.

Anyway, keep up the good work with your V6. I'm impressed by what you're doing with that car.

Yeah, our Pro Street upper and lowers are $179/set with the MF.com discount.

However, your situation is unique. You're pretty serious about your drag racing, so for you I'd suggest the Pro Street lowers that I linked above, and then buy the Pro Street UCA with the heavy duty mount. The mount really makes a difference with a high load application (like drag racing on bias plies).

I'd do something like this:

I know it's pricy, but just trust me on this one... do the LCAs now, and then when finances allow, pick up the Pro Street adjustable upper with HD mount. You'll be glad you did.
