Default went to the track tonight!

ok so i am back from the track. my best time was as follows-

R/T- .349
60'- 2.388
330'- 6.358
1/8- 9.633
MPH- 75.75
1000'- 12.434
1/4- 14.811
MPH- 95.17

car hooked pretty good launch at about 3k and ride the clutch out and chirp in second. i was kinda disappointing i thought maybe mid to low 14's but oh well. so he is the question, i have $200 so do what ever i want with my car what should the next thing be to help get better a ET? i have pullies, full exhaust, and 3.73 gears. any suggestions?

Don't take this the wrong way, but you need to save your $200 and use it to get to the track a few more times. That 2.3 60' says you were either spinning or bogging. Get that 60' down to a 2.0- 2.1 and you will see mid-low 14s.

Running a good ET takes practice, plain and simple. Trust me, if you simply keep going back every chance you get, you will knock off considerable ET with each trip.

That's an ugly 60' as said seat time helps a ton. Maybe save up some more and work on the rest suspension

Yea i know my 60' is terrible. its been 4 year or more since i had my last mustang and i stayed at the track with it. i only made 5 passes and every pass got better my first pass was a 15.2 spinning and i think i may have been slipping the cluth a little to much. But thats somthing i can practice in the street is my launches getting the right rpm and the right clutch slippage. i will get there!
