1st NA 3.7 V6 Mustang in the 12's!!!
Just got home from MIR a few minutes ago. I got two hours of sleep last night, drove 180 miles to the track and ran test and tune during the 5.0 Shootout. We left about 4:30 and just got everything unloaded.
On my 2nd pass of the day I finally reached that elusive 12 second time slip!! I ran a 12.91 @ 106.49 MPH!! According to my Kestrel 4000 weather meter the DA at the time of the pass was +350 feet.
That would be my fastest pass of the day as I tried different launch techniques and it would either bog or spin the tires.
I had two passes at over 107 MPH with the best being 107.72 and several more passes in the 13.0's and 13.1s. The DA was climbing as the day progressed too.
My son (89LX Coupe) got videos of all my passes, but we are 'wiped out' right now. He said he will try to get a video together tomorrow evening. I will get it posted as soon as I get it.

Congrats again Z28! I'm still pretty shocked by this. B sent out a text this morning with a pic of your slip and I seriously thought he just heard about it. I had no idea it was actually your car that pulled it off until he clarified, lol.

AM got there car in the 11's after they put a Procharger on it.

Yes, those mods plus an aluminum driveshaft, LCA's and a Spec Stage 1 clutch.

My son will hopefully have a video from the track later on this evening. I still need to do just an exhaust video with my BBK LT's and O/R X-pipe. I'm very happy with the sound of the car!
