Well at least it wasn't a Camry.

83 i dont think they make ecoboost single cabs, either extended or crew are the only options I'm aware of. the ecoboosts do feel strong but wouldn't have thought they were thaaaat strong. i know one thing tho, put on a cai and exhaust and the turbos sound SICK!!!

Is altitude high where you're at? I just don't see how it's possible for it to hang with you that easy unless you're up there where N/A hurts and a TT is going to be fine..

He claimed to be making 350+hp - but he didn't say if that was brake or wheel

The F150 that the OP raced was definitely tweaked.
Also, the highest point in Indiana is 1257 ft, which reduces a NA vehicle's hp by only a couple %.

i think the ecoboosts are rated at 420/420. or it might be 380/420. something like that i think. so i'd imagine if he had say a tune and cai it could no doubt be 350whp even with the big drivetrain loss that trucks get.

It was an extremely close race and you weren't FULL ON going for it?? Really?? I suspect your Vtech didn't kick in.

I didn't know it was a race at the outset, jackass. I didn't floor it until I realized HE was accelerating faster than me. THEN I punched it. You know there are a variety of factors that go into "full on". I wasn't near as focused and I hadn't been in a close race in a while. Who knows what would have happened if I floored it off the line - I probably would've pulled an early lead and held the same spacing for the entire race.

Sorry, but I suspect your attitude needs adjusted.
