Default Had a hell of a night at the track last night.

Weather was great. Got four runs in. Here are the time slips:

And here is a video of the best run of the night:

I don't think I can get much more out of this car at full weight with stock internals.

Hell yea man! Car is strong. Looks like you've got that launch pretty well dialed in too. How much have you gained since say a month ago, now that it has cooled down? Just wondering cause I haven't even ran again since we've been in the 50-60s.

Thanks. Yeah, the launch is really working. 2-step FTW! I gain as much as three tenths between the 90+ degree 100% humidity August nights and the 50-60 degree 40% humidity winter nights down here.

Thank you sir. And that's having to granny shift the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts. Losing my synchros after 200+ trips down the strip.

Help me out here...I'm slow... this is a 3v right? Trying to figure out why that mph is so low..the mod list is screaming 130s to me. I thought 3vs would make power similar to a 4v with a blower.

Stone.. you can come have my weather...sick of the 20s and 30s already.

I run the fronts 1 click from full soft and the rears 3 clicks from full firm. I also have eibach drag springs all around and a BMR extreme antiroll bar. Without that roll bar, you might want to go even firmer in the back.

Yes, 3V. I don't think anyone with a stock bottom end manual 3V is trapping 130s. If they are, they won't be for long. 3Vs with the proper blower can make much more power than a stock 4V. Now, if you're comparing a blown 3V to a blown 4V, then obviously the 4V is going to make much more power.

You can really tell I'm having to granny shift in this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWgQ7...&feature=g-upl

I can drive, and I have no doubt that I could shave a couple more tenths and increase a couple mph if I were powershifting, but it isn't an option right now. My transmission is finally starting to tell me just how pissed off she is about all these trips to the drag strip.

more tire + more gear!

120 traps is about right for his power level. my 06 I best trapped 121 on a race fuel with 2* added timing so maybe 475-480 whp on a stock longblock. that was with a negative DA (small neg) and a Vortech

Yeah, I've got threads going on both forums. Trying to soak up all the suggestions I can for better times, lol.
