I've seen this guy driving around for a while now but I finally got a chance to run him;

Did he say anything abut being tuned? He should be anywhere from 109-112 mph car depending on how his stall is set-up. Without a tune, he isn't going to be any faster than if he had of left it stock, not much anyway.

Nice run though! Car sounds nasty man, love it!
