I asked him about that, he said he does 4th and 5th. He cut me off and told me he know's 5th is the 1:1, but it spin's the dyno to 150+mph, so he will run the dyno in 4th, then 5th twice I guess its just easier on parts?

Yeah that's extremely common.. I've been part of those discussions already so I'll spare us all that horse beating. lol

yea, he said it doesn't effect numbers really, only if you have it in a extreme gear like first.

Then I had mentioned that I read if you have 4.10's/4.30's VS a highway gear like 2.73's I've heard it effects numbers. He said he has read it does, less horsepower more torque, or the otherway around, just the way the machine reads.

Its curious if you could get the same car, swap gears, and see, but I don't know anyone willing to spend $75 or whatever on a different dyno run for something as trivial as that.

interesting, just not feasible.

just to think a 302ci motor, making 370hp 352trq 100% stock is nuts, considering my heads/cam/intake fox with full exhaust, full bolt on's made 330/320 or whatever it was..... need to put one of these motors in a fox. stock coyote in a 2,950lb fox would be quick as hell.

these new motors are nuts, but kinda wish ford would have made it 347ci haha

Nice! I'd do some DRs and the axle back before first. Get the sound and traction under control. Unless you got the funds to go ahead and tune it too.

I didn't reolize having my A/C deleted would be such a issue. Tried to make a custom braket to put the alternator where the a/c was and wasted hours of my life trying to get it lined up. Got it lined up, and damn thing would just bend, and look like the belt would fly off. Brace it, and it still would bend.

Got a a/c delete pulley and didn't look much better.

Then it just became a thing of having a hard day at work, and not wanting to go in the garage just to be frustrated, after hours upon hours of being frustrated with this project.

So then it just sat... and sat... and sat.

Now I'm not sure its worth putting together. Don't really need another money pit. The 2013 is a blast, and very comfy, plus im not paranoid of it breaking down.

One of the biggest aspects is the fox needs emissions in a year, since the last year I haven't done ****. So about time I get the fox done, and tuned right, it will be time to tear it all back apart, put the emissions stuff back on, and try to pass again....

the 2013 is emissions exempt for 4 years.... haha

Thats what I'm thinking. If I decide to sell the vortech, I'm going to get wheels, tires, and then the tuner and intake. Should get into the 12's that way.

exhaust is already on its way. Went for a cheaper axleback... the one I want is $750, which is retarded for some tips, a set of mufflers, and a few feet of pipe...

heres the new video.... Not gonna lie, I got emotional making it, remembering all the good and bad times with the fox.
