Keep in mind he is in Hawaii, so getting good air is going to be tough to hit high 12s.. but it's been done with less mods and good air.
Like others have said, you might pick up .1 in the 1/4 if you strip out the interior.. the rear seat can be removed for like 15lbs savings too take out the spare/jack/trunk liner/subs/passenger seat/rear seat/front sway bar..

Hawaii has great air. Its right on the ocean, and one can only assume its nice and cool there year round...
I missed the Hah uh why ee part.
id say subs and thats it. Leave the seat, maybe pull the jack etc...

It's sitting between 1300 and 1850ft today depending on which of the 3 tracks you use.
Not great but not horrible considering track elevation is under 100ft.
