yep!!!! LOL you sure did! And on that 12.70 run the stock clutch slipped so bad it was horrible. and it barely made it home afterwards. like i said before. woohoo is woohoo. and yoohoo is yoohoo. two totally different meanings, and i make typo's as much as everyone! i am a car guy in general, not partial to gm, ford, dodge or even honda. that is the reason i am on here. i never make fun or point fingers, but i see some can, and thats ok. To the op. you can have a 9 sec stang. and have a crappy 60' and get 11 or 12 sec pass. keep up the good work!

Oh boy take your shovel and dig yourself out of your hole somewhere else. If you had been around for more than a minute you'd know I never make fun of people for trying their first time. See ya next month when you drop in for another reply.

I Don't have the time slip on me but it was a 2.4xx. Im getting zero traction in first right now with my current tires so I want to get new, stickier, tires and after that either 3.73's or 4.10's

Ouch...you have a long drop with 60fts like that. 9.5 should be an achievable goal likely a little better with good traction. How are you launching? High Rpm and just letting the clutch out? Low rpm and just mashing the gas?

I was holding it at 1500rpms then when the light dropped I would slip the clutch out while giving it gas and once the clutch was all the way out I would floor it. I also currently have 215/70/15 Firestone affinity touring tires on my car which arent helping anything traction wise.
