Default Mach 1 with a little gas vs G8 GT

So here it is from a dig, G8 GT with kooks full system, rotofab intake and livernois dyno tune 375hp/387tq -std.

against my mach, cai, dyno tune, offroad midpipe/catback, drag radials. Team z rear suspension double adjustable lowers and relocated uppers. QA1 adjustable shocks (added last night) Small wet shot approx 20-25hp shot id say.

He hit his brakes around 100, maybe just over. Was expecting to lose by more than that from a dig but im glad i didnt haha.

That was a tight run. With a real shot, you should pull him pretty good. Love a close race like that though.

Oh yea with a decent shot and some gear I'll be well off. But I'd rather lose in a close race as opposed to blowing doors off the close stuff is fun. If weather works out we will hit the track. I think he could finish a solid car in front of me in a quarter race. But I'll probably leave him at the tree since he's never run a track

nice close race! I figured he'd pull you a tad more since your shots so small. I think the gear will keep you right about how you were in this race without needing to spray. Then do the shot and buh bye.

Get a good lock-up stall converter (or tune yours to lock around 85-88mph) and you'll pull way harder up top/traps.

You may recall my converter deal with my tuner. I'll see how it does with the retune and bigger shot. Buddy with the g8 is already trying to decide what to do to keep up haha. I think he's gonna put a cam in

When all is said an done where do you want to be with the Mach? 1/4 time, biggest hit of spray, etc. looks like things are taking shape.

I'd like to hit it with 100, tuner mentioned 125 I think that may be pushing it. I'd like to see some 11.xx times to make me happy honestly
