I'm also curious what street tire or drag radial runs would be, as those passes should be more common.

Can get a pretty good idea by doing some ricer math, since its all going to come back down to the 60'. That car should still pull mid-high 1.7s pretty easily on a drag radial, so add a tenth or so to that slick tire run and thats about what it'll still run imo. I'm sure street tires will be tough and vary a lot from driver to driver as usual. Still should pull 1.9s though I'd imagine.

We used a 20" drag radial the first time at the track with the tune and it went 12.60's all day. If we had stock 18's on it with a dr it'd prolly go 12.50's. I'm not sure why everyone wants to see what a car will do with street tires. A set of 555r's are relatively inexpensive and would be plenty for a tune only car and have great dd characteristics.

But if I had to guess a tune only car would still go a solid 12. 12.8-12.9 area.

We just got the car back on Monday with a complete exhaust. Catless 3" downpipe into a 2.5" dual exhaust. Sounds pretty sweet for a 4cyl. Unfortunately it just got sent to Indy for a trade show but once it's back it'll get put right on the dyno I'm sure. Can't wait to see what the open exhaust does to it.

VERY impressive!
These Ecoobosts might be kinda like today's version of the Grand National, at least with respect to the reactions it garners from the V8 faithful. "It runs what? With what mods? And how many cylinders? Dang dude."

I'm guessing it's because most people will be using the turbo 4 as a d.d. (performance/economy) as oppose to a race only car.

Did it hurt gas mileage at all? That shows how conservative Ford is tuning cars now.
