Thanks. 12.7@110 ain't to shabby for this time of year. I've found the LS motors struggle with the heat a little more than the 5.0s do. Cant explain why? I know the L99 tapped out if it got over 80 degrees.

Gotta get the 60' down here. I don't know if its the sensitive MAF pulling timing or what, but I've noticed that in all of my LS cars too when it comes to warmer weather.
I'd like to have a set of hosier slicks on it by the fall. I was originally thinking drag radials but if your going to change wheels at the track might as well go to a full on slick.
I agree, if you have the money available for an extra set, definitely do it. I went with DRs due to sheer laziness and them being a little cheaper. I'm curious what your 60s will look like. I've got the feeling a consistent very low 1.6 will not be an issue.

Well Im assuming ill need 3/10ths from the tires to break into the 11s. With good air. So a high 1.6 low 1.7 is what im shooting for.

So far so good. The stick cars have broke a few half shafts. The automatic cars seam to be holding up pretty good.
