The 15" rears will clear brakes for sure on a non PP car?

If he had his suspension set up really good he can get away with a radial. They are harder to keep traction with than the bias ply, but if they are working right, they are awesome.

I don't know what a non PP car is. But I believe the 15x10 wheels will clear fine. You will also need a sway bar relocation kit. They are like$40.
