Default NEW YEAR> NEW GOALS?

Another year has come and gone. Everyone that's into cars has little goals in the back of their minds for their cars. What are yours? My goals are pretty simple this year. Get the wife's 2015 in the mid to low 11s. And to just finally get to enjoy the 95 for a full season. The wife's car ran a best of 11.80@116 in 2015. We have added a E85 tune for 2016 and plan on adding Long tubes and switch out the 245 series drag radials with 305s. I think 11.4-11.5 is doable. That my goals. So lets hear about the goals or the new projects of yours.

I'm looking to make a few 9 Second passes and race enough this season to be competitive at my local track.

I picked up a Suzuki SV650s motorcycle this fall. Evidently they're capable of running high 11's stock, I'd like to hit 12's at the track once I get more comfortable with it.

Motorcycles are the way to go fast on the cheap. My buddies have been trying to talk me into a liter bike for ever. I'd just kill myself on it.

My goal is to figure out how to set up the car and launch it - need to get the 60' down and into the 11's

Whats the set up now? Slicks or drag radials? Leaving off boost?

Drag radials and not able to quite get into boost before the rpm's (automatic) start to push me through the beams; stock converter will get me to about 2,100 so boost starts and I am at full boost once into the 60'. Also have Koni Yellows and trying to determine the best setting on them - and the drag radial pressure.

I only went to the track once and ran a 14.03 when my car was full bolt on. Now at my current numbers I'm hoping to hit low 11s or very high 10s. I'm doing a couple upgrades on losing some weight (starting with my self, lol).

Yeah. Took some weight out, maxed the blower at 19 psi, long tubes, blower cams, built 4r70w from Freddy Brown, really nice set of big and littles.

I think I need to shed a little weight and I'll be there. Depends on what kind of power it puts down. Should be done this week.
