I am also getting ready to order a set of new shocks and struts for my 95 cobra. like i said before im riding on eibach sportline springs. I have read that with the spring to run fox style shocks/struts on it because they are shorter and will little them travel a little bit better and not bottom them out as much. Is that true.

Yes and no. The fox dampers are physically shorter, so do work well with certain springs (like the Sportlines) that drop more than most. That being said, a good set of SN95 dampers (valved very aggressively) will mate very well with the Sportlines you have.
