Suspension help
I got stuck with my wife's mustang convertible. we've had this car for 9 yrs, I have a nasty cranking screeching noise when i turn or even ride on a rough road or over bumps. have had the ball joints replaced and new struts within the last year when i replaced those parts due to this noise and it goes away but it has come back. I can be in stopped and turn the wheel back and forth and hear it. sounds like a door with rusty hinges can anyone help?

Moving this question to the open forum, but my guess is a steering rack issue. If you have changed the ball joints and struts, the main items responsible for movement while you are not driving have been isolated.
Can you get someone else behind the wheel, put some good chalk-blocks in front and behind ALL the tires and get up in there and listen/feel around. Keep an eye on moving parts, like steering pump, main serpentine belt and radiator fan. You will likely figure it out soon enough.
