Will I need to buy anything else? I am not a suspension guy so I do not know much about it. Also how much would install be? I am attaching the link of the springs I an looking at.

Great Choice! I'm a huge fan of the SR Performance Springs. They're very affordable and ride awesome! Installing a set Springs will lower your Mustang's center of gravity, which will reduce squat during acceleration, body roll in the corners, and excessive nose-dive under hard braking. SR Performance Springs are great for daily driving, street, and even occasional track use.

Since you're staying above a 1.5in' drop you most likely won't need any additional parts. We usually recommend Caster Camber plates for anything more then 1.5. However anything 1.5' or less, an alignment can usually do the trick!

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions or need some assistance! Our Mustang Experts are here Monday-Friday from 9AM-9PM EST and Saturdays from 9AM-5:30PM EST. If you want to hit them up, their number is 866.727.1266. I can also have one of them call you directly.

I'm going with the spindles! Almost the same cost and less BS!

If your car still has the factory struts and shocks, I'd strongly recommend replacing them. (they'll be worn out form 12 years of use)

These are great dampeners on a reasonable budget:
