new project time

Default new project time

ok so i have a 2000 gt convertible im looking at some suspension kits but not sure witch way to go i would like about 1.5 in the front and 1 maybe 1.5 in the back no more than that though. also i am running 9.5in rims in the front and 10.5 in the rear any suggestions i do alot of high speed cornering or at least i like to so i want performance more than just lowering.
things i have done to the car
bbk upper and lower rear control arms and thats it for suspension

sirrohman,

You're going to want to look into some new struts/shocks to go along with your lowering springs. These will drastically improve your handling and ride comfort with a lowered Mustang. Also, caster/camber plates are highly suggested for lowered 79-04 Mustangs looking for a proper alignment. I would say this list is the bare essentials when lowing a 79-04 Mustang.

Check out these SR Performance Lowering springs, too. They lower the ride height 1.5" all the way around. Plus, they're a lot more affordable than most name brand lowering springs. We've equipped them on most of our AM company cars and love em!
