Default 2005 GT Convertible lowering springs

Has anyone installed lowering springs on an S197 convertible? My current upper spring mounts are making noise over bumps and I want to replace them with the GT500 upgraded ones. Need some suggestions on lowering springs and struts since I will be there anyway and plan to replace struts and shocks, springs and mounts and panhard bar. Have looked at AM CJP and MCI and can't get a good answer on what works well on convertibles. Am looking for minimal lowering with the smoothest ride possible. Any suggestions?

Default Eibach Pro kit

Finally decided to go with the Eibach Pro kit along with replacing the front lower control arms due to a bad bushing and rusted bolt that was my noise all along. Sally is now quiet, lowered and she looks great. The ride is stiffer but not harsh.
