New Front End Rebuild on 65, what order should I replace it all?
I just ordered this kit from CJ Pony, and it includes everything below. I ordered a coil over spring tool to compress the springs, and have all the other tools required to do the operation. I am wondering in what order I should this in?
Kit Includes:
- Two upper control arms
- Two lower control arms
- Two shock tower bumpers
- Two coil spring saddles
- Two coil spring insulators
- Two coil springs
- Front sway bar with bushings
- Two front sway bar end links
- Two inner tie rods
- Two outer tie rods
- Two tie rod sleeves
- Idler arm
- Strut rod bushing kit
I just dont want to do something stupid, where I have to take something apart 4 times to replace different parts. Thanks in adavance!!

Take a part sway bar, steering linkage (including inner and out), capture springs and drop lower control arm from spindle, remove upper control arm from spindle. Remove strut rod and lower control arms, then uppers. Clean and paint and put everything back in reverse order. If you do not have a set of Rollers tow to shop for alignment, I wouldn't drive on good tires.
