Default SVO Wiring Issues

ok, i'm tryin to get my SVO ready for inspection and everything.

heres my Issues.
Turn Signals don't work just stay on. (i'm tryin to find Flashers)

Front Turn Signals/Hazzards Trigger Inner and Outter Bulbs to flash
Problem solved (svoca)

Headlights don't turn on (not sure about Bulbs or not havn't even tried.)

ANY INFO HELPS PLEASE ASSIST!
