Default I need some help diagnosing a weird rattle.

So, I was doing a few powershifts for the first time in my Svo the other day. Right after that I came up with a rattle that happens in gear and out of gear. It sounds like a rock in a tin can, or even a penny in a tin can. It doesn't happen at all rpms, but it occurs in just about every gear in between 1,800 rpms and 2,300 rpms. My first assumption was exhaust, I checked that and that wasn't the issue. I'm thinking despite the lack of a squeal noise that it could possibly be a throwout bearing. If anyone has had a similar problem, or if anyone has an idea what it may be your help would be greatly appreciated.

So it follows the rpms? What was the last thing worked on? Is there any other noise? Does it only do it between those rpms or does it just intensify during those rpms?

Man that doesnt sound good. My guess would be something with the head. I would recommend you dont drive your car till you find exactly where that noise is comin from. Good luck with that.
