Default 84-86 svo ball joints

As we all know the control arms to the svo are near impossible to find;even worse they are non serviceable cast in balljoints.

Afterr quite a bit of delayed research-another balljoint than the 84-86 svo lower ball joint can be sourced from napa. these are serviceable. i am having new control arms made out of chromoly to replace my old shot arms.

will eventually post pics and the such. my fabricator said he would be willing to produce more as a by order basis seeing as he has jigs made for them.

will post when they arm complete. may be a few weeks. he is a bit busy(he builds suspension setups for autocross and drag). i am on the waiting list.

there is already a guy on SVOCA replacing the existing balljoint with a servicable one.
How much are you paying for this person to fab up something?

Project stopped. all balljoints that mated to the svo spindle had no cup produced for them. was fabricating chromoly tube a arm. cost of custom cups offset the arm enough to make me just design a whole sla setup for the front end. waiting to get my lathe and tig welder now.

was not keen on cutting/welding old/new joints or drilling/press&weld old/new joints.

could have used the spacer/coupler from mm and standard mustang balljoint in continental dimension arm but am not a fan of the spacer idea.

Cost was minimal due to the fabricator being my next door neighbor and fellow performance enthusiast. i worked pitcrew for him.(cost of materials)
