Wow that would be perfect! Those are just the numbers that im shooting for!

How much would the heads/cams and intake port work run me?
Just a guess of course.

I know it would be pricey but i think this is the route i would want to go.

Anyone know of a CLEAN 96-98 Cobra that needs a new home?

i have a blue 98 cobra with bassani cat back, full upgraded suspension (kenny brown), and is in the shop right now as i right this getting a new clutch....i think unless it was the throw out bearing that was bad. it has 67k miles, 1 scratch (i think it was slightly keyed) and thats about it im looking for around $12,500

Check ebaymotors, cars.com and autotrader. Are you going to be selling your gt or keeping it? why dont you do all that work to your gt?
There is actually a few reasons

1. My car is an auto.... I bought this car to have fun and i didnt realize that i would miss my standard so much.

2. I am 100% not agaisnt having a supercharger.... But if i could get to around 400rwhp all engine i would much rather go that route (seeing i wouldnt have to pull out a mortgage to do so)

3. My buddies sn95 Cobra is what made me fall in love with mustangs... I have always loved the model and i would love to have a clean one. I also love the 03/04s but i would enjoy not having a car payment even more

the cost of my car+$1500 for cam/valves/springs,+$1000-$2000 for heads+ tune and porting of intake i would say the h/c/i would cost aroud$5000
