Default Modular Powerhouse (MPH)

Thought you all might be interested (posted this over in the Saleen sub-section)...if for nothing else, to let everyone know what a first class joint MPH is!

Got my car back last Thursday....the new numbers are in:

Old Numbers:
397.17 RWHP
396.06 RWTQ

New Numbers (added Chicane Intercooler, 2.6" pulley, Kenne Bell BAP):
440.02 RWHP
484.58 RWTQ

Gains:
+ 42.9 RWHP
+ 88.5 RWTQ

*Disclaimer......for all you folks waiting to drop the hammer on the Chicane Intercooler , I pulled the ultimate party foul out of necessity and went to a different shop than I went to for my original mods.

Tim mentioned that MPH's dynos typically run lower than my previous shop's (both use DynoJets). For instance, they had a Cobra out in the garage that apparently put down north of 600 RWHP at the other shop and only did high 480 RWHP at MPH. Tim said that was one of thewider disparitieshe's seen in some time....but still....

My overall impression:
The car runs like it's possessed now. It was the first time I've put the hammer down in 4th while running at a decent cruising speed and actually got a little frightened by how much velocity the car felt like it was picking up. My boost guage goes to 15 psi....it's useless now [8D]! There's no way you could mistake my car for a N/A carnow (even at idle like before) due to the overall higher RPMs the supercharger twin-screws are making from the smaller pulley. The above account of gains on dyno results are probably conservative based on my drive home.

Hats off to MPH......they told me the job would take two days. They ran into a fuel supply problem along the way and it still only took them two days !!! First class work indeed. If anyone lives even near GA....I would highly recommend them.

And yet I see another satisfied customer! I went to MPH about a year ago to see about getting some cams installed in my Mach 1. I actually got into a money problem, so never got the chance to work with MPH. But from what I hear, and from what I saw at their shop, they are first class indeed. I've heard SEVERAL stories very similar to yours. This sets my decision in stone even more that MPH will be the ONLY people that work on my mod motors from now on. I have a local ford performance shop about 10 minutes away, and would still rather drive about45 minutes - 1 hour to take it to MPH.Nice numbers by the way!

Very nice bro! I love the car. Super clean and I love it all the way to the stock grill! I don't know why everyone has to delete them?
