Default Possible Clutch slipping.

Driving to school this morning i noticed that when i floored it in any gear my rpms would shoot up to around 5-6k and then slowly fall back down till i felt it engage around 2,000 rpm. I smell slight clutch smell, but i haven't noticed it till this morning.

If i get a clutch replacement, what would you recommend??

What kind of power are you at right now and where do you want to go in the near future?

right now with only a short shifter and a tune, im still fairly stock. IN the next 2-3 years, i want a clutch that can withstand maybe 6-700. Yet still daily drivable. I have a centerforce dual friction in my v6 and its easier then my cobra by far. I dont mind the heavy clutch to much.

If your gunna get into the over 500 club at any point you should just go get yourself a nice clutch now. I just replaced a exedy 26t twin for a ram 26t twin and that exedy lasted 3 plus years in the car with me beating on it severly for the last 6 months str8. I like the ram to, guy that did all the work on my car recommended it. All total cost me 1800 though so it's not cheap. the ram seems to be alot looser then the exedy i like it better kinda cuz i dont have to let it out all the way.
