Sweet. Only I don't know if I want 315's. Wouldn't it be worse driving in teh rain? 275 looks pretty sick, but in the future, if I decide to do the Saleen 18x10 chrome rims I'm putting 315's on the back.

I think running a 315 on a 9" wheel is a bad idea. NONE of the Nitto 315/555's are rated for less than a 10.5" wheel.

I am sure the set-up works well for launching, but you are gonna get funky tire wear and be squirly on hard cornering. A 275 is a much better fit and even that is pushing a bit on a 9" wheel.

My tire wear wasn't really to bad... I got about 10 months or so on them... which isn't really off from what people normally get on a daily driven car with 500 +/- rwhp... the cornering was fine, as was the wet traction.

The only time that it became an issue was when the tires had been run basically bald.. then the rain drives turned into adventures.

Despite what you read or think, speaking from experience, I didn't notice anything unusual about how the wear on the tires...

275 is not even CLOSE to pushing it on a 9 inch wheel...

I agree with the 275 not even close to the limits on the stock 9" wheel, 275's stock from Ford...I'm going to order me up some 315's, I was going to buy th 10.5" wheels until I read that information on CobraBob's site & with all the help on MF
