Default JTL cai questions

I just ordered a JTL Carbonfiber cold air intake. They claim it add's 20-28 hp and 7-15 tq, and have shown a few dyno proven results at modular forums. Just curious if anyone has one and how much it affected their power / engine sound. Hopefully my diablo tune will finally be able to squeeze a few horsepower out of it to.

Honestly, i was worried about that even with how my car is now with just the silencer removed. But honestly, this thing sits so far in the fender, and i think its a phobia that is a little over estimated. haha, i remember my buddy had a Maxima and we put his 30 dollar ebay cai on, and ended up just having the filter sit right next to the engine completely exposed and ziptied down. He daily drove it and never had a problem.

Im not worried at all.

i got one it looks sick and with my headers i can hear it alittle inside and alot out side like its sucking masses of air...i doubt you'll have an prob with it becuase of how the fender is made unless you dip your fender into a 4 ft puddle haha... it freaked me out at first too and i still let it idle over puddle just to be safe
