Hey man, if your willing to drive south a little, I found the motherload last week while cobra shopping for a friend. This place specializes in 03-04 cobras and has FOURTEEN of them for sale! Several Sonic Blues! One of them has a "brand new motor" id stay away from that. A few of these fit your criteria.

I disagree. The Mach 1 trimline can be made over and over by Ford whenever they feel the need to hype up sales. The Termis are a unique vehicle due to being the only complete Ford factory vehicle to make 390+hp off the assembly line. SVT was consumed by the "performance group", and the new cobras are farmed out to Shelby for high performance upgrades. With increasing pressure from government to raise mpg and reduce emissions, car companies can no longer afford to make in house muscle. They were 2 out of 4 years that offered the IRS on Mustang. Trust me the 03/04 Cobras will be worth the $$$$$$ someday!

I agree that the early sn-95's will go down as another body style, but the "new edge" sn-95's were the most modern looking of Mustang to date. The S197 is a "retro" body style that is very popular because of all of us that grew up around 60's-70's Mustangs. The GT500 will be worth serious coin, and if I have $25k laying around in a few more years I will get one. The original GT500's are auctioning for six figures!

+1. I would have a tough choice deciding between the 2010 gt500 and zr1. I think I would buy the zr1 if I had the money thou.

I would love a new ZR1 myself but there is a substantial price difference between a GT500 and a ZR1. I am not really sure any of our gas cars will be worth anything when fuel prices get REALLY high or gasoline totally dries up. If you want to make an investment better off putting the 60k+ into stocks or property. IMHO
