Default questions on 97 cobra 8.8

i picked up a 97 cobra 8.8 in the spring (for an unreasonably large sum of money) and was in the process of having it rebuilt to get bolted into my foxbody. Well, one of the tubes is bent and one of the caliper mounts were broken, so i was wondering what the differences were between that rear and a GT one from 94-99 and how much was interchangeable.
