Default Flasher and Brake light fuse issues... Help!

So... I just put a clutch cable and quadrant and seat bracket extenders in my car. But now after like 4 seconds of running it it blows the #9 fuse which is the flashers. I've replaced the fuse like 4 times and even tried a 20 amp, instead of a 15, to see if it would blow it, and it did. All the bulbs work still, but none of the blinking lights work and the brake lights will not come on. I was wondering where the wires ran so I could look for a short or a ground issue. I'm pretty sure I didn't brake any ground wires, I did have to disconnect the wire next to the oil filter but I put it back on tight. Maybe I crimped a wire under the seat or something? I can't figure it out... Any help would be amazing.
