Default HOLY CRAP..LISTEN TO THIS! (thought blown gasket)

Sooo...I thought i had a blown lower intake gasket so today we pulled the supercharger off and then pulled the lower intake off and the gaskets looked fine. So we decided to take the intercooler off and check that gasket. THERE WASNT A DAMN GASKET!!! WTF??? someone had put some silicone on it as a gasket and the back half had no silicone on it. So im pretty sure thats my problem. right? and another thing. the intercooler was covered in oil and there was oil inside where the intercooler sits(lower intake) im soo ticked off about this. some idiot tried to do a quick fix and sell me the car i guess. it ran strong for about 3 months and then this happend. Anyways, what do yall think the oil problem is. im hoping its not something else. please help! thanks
