t-3650 in 97 Cobra? or fix t-45

hey guys, i blew the input/out put shaft in my cobra and possibly more damage internally in the t-45..(great tranny) not...anyways, what i am looking at for swapping in a t-3650 besides clutch? and maybe bellhousing?

if not any reccomendations? my buddy might be selling his 97 cobra t-45 with about 50k for a few hunge..but i think it grinds second at hi r's

ok....it seems like the last thing i wanna do tho is build up this beat tranny that was laready built up just to hope it doesnt break again shortly after.....
