Idle issue.....

Idle issue.....
So I just bought the Corbra a few weeks ago (98' Cobra) and I love her. I have noticed that occassionally when I come to a stop the car will idle low and shoot back up or just stall. It does not happen that often, but it is something I want to work out here.
A little on the car and what might be contributing to this problem:
-The previous owner put on an aftermarket H-Pipe. He said that the reason the CEL is on is because of the O2 sensor down there (per the mechanic that ran TSB's on it).
-Is it possible the idler sensor ontop of the motor is not reading properly or is dirty? Need a new one?
Any help would be awesome, maybe you guys have experienced something like this before?
Thanks!

Sounds just like what mine did, when i tried the IAC restricter mod, that the Mach 1 guys do, to get the idle to come down quicker, from higher RPMs between shifts. Look where your IAC mounts to the intake, if there is a spacer in there, take it out, if not, IAC itself may be bad!!

@SnakeConvert98 - So yours was doing something similar? So I would just take off the IAC and remove the spacer? I am not sure if there is a spacer or not. Is it something I can see without taking it off?
@ Mustang3GT07- I have heard alot of suggestions doing that.......how exactly can I go about that? The exact process and cleaning stuff to use??? Thanks!

I picked up a can of "CRC Throttle body cleaner" and a can of "CRC MAF cleaner" from pepboys. Worked great!
First disconnect the battery. Remove the TB, and spray both sides of the blades and wipe the gunk off. Then remove the MAF and spray that with the cleaner and "Don't" wipe it, that drys on contact. Install both parts back on, reconnect the battery and start your car and let it idle for a couple minutes before shutting it off.
