Default 03 Cobra down the 1/4 mile.

I posted this over in the street/ strip area as well, just figured post it here as well because a few members in this area commented in a few of my threads when I was thinking about buying this car and after I did. Bought the car in late May/ early June, put roughly 1,500 miles on it, until last Friday never so much as launched the car so I am fairly unfamiliar with it, well was unfamiliar with it until now.
Car description:
03 SVT Cobra Vert, 16,xxx miles JLT CAI, Bassani cat back, Nitto nt555r's, 315/35/17 out back, un-tuned.

Best time:
12.707 @ 110.38
60' 1.9 <-- I feel this could have been much better.

The car is an absolute blast. Just figured I would let you all know my first track experience with this beast.

Not bad...I have cut a best (to date) of 1.80 with the same Nitto DR's and have run 11.93 @ 122.24 with my STOCK Eaton (Mods in sig)....

My feeling is that 1.7 to about 1.8 IS the best your going to do with those DR's .... I have some MT ET Streets for next year!!

Get a tune & watch the times pick-up!!!!

I was really hoping for at least a 1.8 60', I though could get lower than that. I would have been really, really happy with a 12.50 or so.... You seem to have had good results with the pulley, did you notice much from the tanks and HE? I would LOVE to get into the 11's, have you ever ran the vert?

I was running 26 p.s.i. I know it should have been around 16/17, I was just too afraid of the diff case blowing out on me, I was also like 100 miles from my home. I am going to get the bracket and head back to see if I can't shave more time off, I just don't know if it will be this year.
